One of the main tasks of our company is high-quality designing and servicing of the delivered equipment.

Specialists of the company provide:

1. warranty service

   Guaranty period of normal maintenance of the equipment and its components and materials is set in the contract (normally 12 months from the date of commissioning).

   Fixing of the defects during warranty period is executed at the expense of our company, in agreed period and with extension of warranty period for elimination of defects.

   The specified warranties don't extend on cases of premeditated damage of the equipment by the staff and the third parties.

2. post warranty service

   In case of the inference of the appropriate contract the equipment is accepted on post warranty service:

   • carrying out routine (preventive) inspection and repairing of the equipment in pe-riods and in the volumes recommended in passports for the equipment;
   • carrying out repair of the equipment after obtaining the message from the Cus-tomer about the arisen failure;
   • provide to the Customer by spare parts and expendables to the equipment ac-cording to its request.

   Our company executes operations on post warranty service independently or with involvement of the third-party organizations with our complete responsibility before the Customer in any case.

   Routine (preventive) inspection and repairing are carried out according to the estimate and to the periods agreed with the Customer.

   A failure arisen during exploitation of the equipment is fixed by the specialists of our compa-ny after receiving a written notification from the Customer with the short description of failure.

3. consulting services:
   • choice of the equipment, most fully responding ratio the price quality;
   • maintenance of the equipment of leading vendors;
   • validation of the equipment;
   • placement of the equipment at the Customer’s side;
   • obtaining additional information about the equipment;
   • information about using raw materials and auxiliary materials.
4. services in design and producing of the equipment according to technical require-ments of the Customer. There is a possibility to carrying out of modification of the equipment on the basis available equipment.
5. possibility to supply additional equipment of other firms. Considering long-time communications with other companies, there is a possibility to add the equipment of other firms.
6. set of validation documents is made under the additional agreement
