Usage:
Pure steam generators are used for receiving pure steam in medical and pharmaceutical industry. For heating technical steam or an electrical heater are used.
Use
: pure steam for disinfection and sterilization of containers, pipelines and tools.Equipment:
- pump of pure water supply Grundfos;
- measurement and water level control in a column;
- control system of technical steam supply;
- control system of pure steam pressure;
- valves are Gemu or Burkert brands;
- components of steam system and condensate system Spirax Sarco
Materials:
- polishing of the internal surfaces Rа < 0.6 µm;
- polishing of the external surfaces Rа < 0.9 µm;
- welded joints are polished as well as the basic material;
- shield – polished stainless steel.
Control system:
- PLC and HMI Siemens;
- water level control in a column;
- heating and steam pressure control;
- monitoring pressure of compressed air;
- monitoring pressure of pure steam;
- monitoring of parameters of pure steam;
- printout parameters of process.
