Application area:

Different Vessels and tanks are used during production of medical solutions, including sterile and biological products, and also as a part of equipment systems for water preparation. It can be applied in medicine, cosmetic and food industry

• the equipment fits GMP ЕС, GOST 52249-2004;
• tanks working under pressure, are supplied with passports;
• nodes and details of the vessels contacting to medicines, are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 316L;
• the roughness of internal surfaces of the equipment doesn't exceed 0,6 µ, outside - 0,8 µ;
• all equipment can be delivered with pressure sensors, temperature and level sensors of leading foreign vendors;
• reactors are completed with different types of mixing devices with the stepless adjustment of rotating speed;
• PLC control system;
• clamps and manholes on vessels and tanks can be executed according to requirements of the customer;
• volume range of vessels: 10 - 20000 l;
• if necessary, all vessels can be equipped with the built-in spherical nozzles providing washing and sterilization in the CIP/SIP mode;
• CIP/SIP system (option);
• validation documentation (option).
