Design and working principle
Installation consists of working capacity, a heat exchanger, a pump, a system of pipelines, valves and sensors. It can be made in stationary and mobile executions. Control of installation is carried out by a programmable logic controller through an engineering panel.
According to the program, different solutions and mediums (detergent, water cleared or water for injections, steam for sterilization) are pouring to the vessel. If necessary, water is heated up by means of the heat exchanger. Quality of cleaning is supervised by рН and conductance sensors.
- All surfaces contacting with product, are made of AISI 316L high-quality steel;
- Completely automated cycle of operation;
- Programmable logic controller control system;
- CIP-SIP systems can be made in a different configuration and with different volume of working capacity, depending on requirements of the customer.
