Fluid bed dryer LD

Используется для производства пеллет и нанесения оболочек. Применяется в фармацевтической, пищевой, химической промышленности, при производстве кормовых добавок и комбикормов.

Working principle:

Granulation of a product is carried out by intensive flow of filtered and heated up air. Air comes to the lower part of the installation. The product is loaded in a working bowl where it is mixed up in an air flow with keeping in suspension and is granulated by pulverization of suitable binding material. Then the product is dried up to desirable humidity. Processing in a boiling layer is carried periodically.

Set of delivery

A set of delivery consist of: an installation, a working capacity, an air preparation unit (preliminary filter, HEPA filter, a steam or electrical heater), a set of air ducts with dampers, a set of channels with valves, the unit of filtering exhaust air (option), the exhaust fan with a silencer, a control cabinet, a vessel with heating and a pump for granulating liquid (option).

• The surfaces contacting to a product, are made of AISI 304 high-quality steel.
• Heating of air by means of steam or an electric heater.
• A uniform irrigation of all particles in a boiling layer.
• Careful processing of a product.
• Intensive agitation of a product during processing.
• Product homogeneity, stable, reproduced quality.
• It’s possible to change characteristics of product (density, porosity etc.) in a wide range.
• Installation works under negative pressures.
