В автоматическом режиме таблетки, покрытые оболочкой или непокрытые, а также капсулы, подаются в упаковочный лоток, сформированный из 2-х слоев ленты, чтобы сформировать блистер. Количество продукта может быть изменено в направлении длины блистера, и оператору необходимо только установить необходимое значение на сенсорном экране.

Description:

• Stainless steel forming machine frame of 2 mm thickness; GMP safety protective cover adds pleasant appearance and practicability.
• The whole machine is controlled by programmable controller (Japan Mitsubishi Compa-ny) and a touch screen. The tablet coated with sugar or not, capsule will be fed into two-layer aluminum coil packaging material to form drug plate in full-automatic controlling process. The number of granule could be cut in length direction of drug plate, and you only have to press on touch screen gently and set according to requirements. There is no necessary to change gears to get different specifications and types.
• The temperature control of thermal sealing mould adopts imported temperature meters with PID controlling. The assembled parts ensure absolute stability of thermal sealing mould surface temperature and improve sealing performance of a plate.
• The machine adopts infinite speed variation of frequency converter. The programmable controller (Mitsubishi of Japan) forms simple transmission structure and easy maintenance. Besides, the thermal sealing raw edge cutting device forms clear and pleasant lines of a plate.
• There are two kinds of batch number printed. The first one is heterotypic letter punch which leaves batch number printed without net pattern on drug plate. The batch number print-ed on packaging material firstly, and then put packaging material into thermal sealing mould. The batch number printed on packaging material aligns batch number position reserved with-out net pattern. The second method differs from the first one that the batch number does not stamp on plate but print by imported solid ink roller. And there is batch number stamped or printed on mould or drug plate.
• All pneumatic components of the machine are famous brands components. The main transmission gear adopts products of Japan. The electrical components also adopt famous-brand components of CE, which ensures quality and stability of performance.
