This machine consists of a servomotor, a screw of filling, an agitation and a bunker mechanism. The machine meets to actual international advanced technologies of package of vegetative materials, and also powder packages. High speed filling, measuring accuracy and easy adjustment are distinctive features of this machine. Process of operation of the machine - PLC controlled.
Filling system
This machine has advanced type of the screw for material feeding that provides high speed, measuring accuracy, and easy setup.
The filling system consists of a servomotor, a screw of filling, an agitator and a bunker mechanism. The material is stirred in the bunker and having passed through an agitator, is uniformly distributed in a tray of the bunker. The servomotor drives the filling screw. Setup of dispensing is carried out for each channel separately by means of change of a turning angle of a servomotor.
Drive
The machine has a belt drive, chain transmission, a reducer and a motor. The system also has two adjusted cams for machine setup depending on a packet size.
System of film feeding
The device of film feeding is placed on a back part of the machine and consists of a scrolled axis, a shelf, a roller, and also the electric drive of film feeding. The mobile roller controls length and a film tension if film is spent or broken off, the mobile roller shorts the photo-electric switch that stops the machine. The handhold on the left side of the machine allows to align a film and a roller of film cutting.
Film division
The mechanism separating a film is on the upper part of the machine and consists of a leading roller, a knife and a plate. Division of a film into two parts occurs by means of the division mechanism. Direction change – by means of a division plate, then the film moves to a splice roller for splice. For setup of width of a packing material, it is necessary to move separating plate by means of a handle.
Splice
The machine has possibility of vertical splice or rectangular splice for packet formation.
Vertical splice
Vertical splice consists of pair of vertical rollers in which there is a heater and temperature sensors. Under the influence of pair of vertical rollers of splice the film heats up and being scrolled at the same time, and the vertical seam is created. Pressure between two rollers is provided with a spring. If there is no need for vertical splice or in case of material change, it is necessary to turn the cam and to remove an outside roller that will lead to division of front and back splicing rollers.
Rectangular splice
Rectangular splice consists of pair of rollers in which there is a heater and temperature sensors. Pressure between two rollers is provided with a spring. By operation splice is carried out 2-3 times for each circle. The mechanism of control is set up by the cam, for adjustment of the line speed to be coordinated with the line speed of a packing material. Rectangular splice is the reasonable decision for a wide range of packing materials.
Printing
The mechanism of batch printing works synchronously with the main machine. Cleaning and format change can be carried out easily.
Vertical and horizontal perforation
A cutting roller makes a label of a gap, vertical line of a gap, and punching in all length. The roller works synchronously with the main machine. Positioning of a label of a gap, vertical and horizontal lines of a gap have special design.
Horizontal perforation
Setup of perforation can be done trough human machine interface, and it is controlled by the main computer. It is possible to set perforation in a single bag or a multibag.
Format parts
Together with machine one set of format parts is delivered. In case of bag size change, it is necessary to change format parts. If the width of a packet doesn't change, it is necessary to replace pair of drive stars. Installation of the smooth regulation of the size (option) is possible.
Temperature control
A controller of temperature of the high accuracy is used in this machine, which allows keeping precisely temperature of splice and providing a wide range of packing materials.
Print control system
The signal of a control photo sensor is transferred to PLC which controls the mechanism of automatic correction of the track (there are 4 groups of differential mechanisms for correction) that guarantees alignment of an image on surface.
Compliance to GMP requirements
All parts contacting to a product, such as the load bunker, the main plate, the lower panel, are made of stainless steel. All black metal details are processed with embalming.
Filling mechanism is executed in the form of the closed management system that excludes product pollution.
