It’s possible to use any thermoformed materials. The machine can be supplied with various format equipment that allows to produce blisters of wide range of forms and sizes. The machine is executed according to GMP requirements.
Working principle
The working principle is based on cyclical moving of a film and a foil on technological stations of heating, forming, filling with a product, thermo sealing, batch printing and cutting down of blisters. Driving of all moving parts of technological stations occurs from a uniform camshaft.
For product positioning in cells can be used different types of feeders: the universal feeder with agitators, a track feeder with a vibro drive.
