Working principle:
Containers are moved standing via the input conveyor; further the screw feeds vials on the module of orientation. Vials are guided vertically and pass through a printing head. Then they are unloaded through an output star and an unloading screw. Mechanism of vials rejection without la-bels is set in the middle of the unloading screw. Good vials at the end of the unloading screw through an output asterisk are unloaded on receiving trays. The label moves through section of marking and section of video inspection. In case of detection of bad marking, the mechanism of rejection throws out the rejected container in a receiving tray for spoilage.
- Video inspection can test labeling, coding and the content of coding depending on a machine complete set.
- The machine can work to the line with other machines.
- The machine has protective covers. The screw of installation is executed from PE polyure-thane that provides smoothness of operation and increases service life.
- In this installation different types of marking can be used: thermo printer or inkjet printer.
- On the control panel displayed different information: status of operation, alarms.
