Automatic labeling machine SL- 400

Working principle:

Ampoules/vials arriving from a disk tray are transferred along the horizontal conveyor where there they are labeled by self adhesive labels. The machine can be equipped with pneumatic system of batch printing on labels. It can be applied in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries.

• Mitsubishi servomotor provides high speed labeling, exact orientation, stable operation for a long time.
• Mitsubishi programmable controller and a touch screen provide safe operation and simplicity of maintenance.
• Automatic functions: batch quantity of labels, count of labels, count of marked production, reading of length of a label, labeling and marking control, process control, signaling and an automatic stop of the machine in the absence of a label, ampoules, rejection of ampoules without a label.
• Automatic scanning and record in memory, automatic detection and indication on the display of length of a label, automatic count of length of a label and value of gaps between labels for support of easy synchronization and convenience of adjustment.
• Quantity of labels is displayed on the touch screen, that allows to control the process of production.
• Possibility of speed adjustment from the control screen for easy synchronization with speed of the production line.
• Adjustable sealing force of a label to an ampoule (vial).
• Possibility of adjustment of a labeling device on height and position.
• Possibility of sensitivity adjustment of the photo-electric sensor.
• The machine is made of T6 aluminum alloy and AISI304 stainless steel according to GMP requirements.
• It is equipped with high speed printing module, which allows to print variable information on labels with a speed 400 letters/minute, with automatic control of ink level.
