Working principle
Tubes are loaded on a tray from which they are transferred to a rotor, which rotates round a vertical axis. Before arrival in a rotor tubes are moved with a cap down. In a working position tubes are guided in angular position on a photo label. Then there is a blowing of an internal surface by compressed air, filling with a product, a sealing and marking of variable information. At the end of a cycle tubes arrive on the conveyor (option), for subsequent packaging.

Set of delivery: filling machine, format parts for one standard size of tubes, the product bunker equipped with a jacket and electro heating, a temperature control unit and a mixing device, a circuital pump, an ultrasonic level sensor (option), a set of letters for marking, operation manual.
