Working principle
All components are prepared (warmed up and mixed up) in special capacities, from where by means of vacuum they are transferred to a working capacity. In working capacity there is the active agitation of components by two agitators on coaxial shaft with simultaneous operation of a dispergator. For increasing the efficiency of mixing agitators are equipped with scrapers for deleting a product from walls of working capacity. The set temperature of working capacity is stably keeping during all working cycle.
- Surfaces contacting to a product, are made of AISI 316L steel.
- Possibility of steam or electrical heating of working capacity.
- Process of mixing and homogenization can be carried out under vacuum and under excessive pressure.
- Control system uses a programmable logic controller.
- Explosion proof execution (option).
